Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
During busier periods or when I am traveling, there may be slight delays—thank you for your patience as each order is prepared with care.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the best available option.
Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment, though this may vary depending on location.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to most countries.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient
In some cases, carriers (such as UPS) may request payment of these fees before delivery
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any additional customs-related charges.

I do my best to share these teas with the wider community and currently ship to nearly 90 countries. While this is something I’m grateful to offer, international shipping can be unpredictable at times—packages may take longer to arrive, and additional fees or delays can occur.
Customs & Delivery Responsibility
Once a package leaves the U.S., it is handled by the destination country’s postal system and customs office.

Packages refused due to unpaid duties
If a package is returned due to refusal or non-payment of customs fees, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs.
Shipping Address Accuracy

If an address is incomplete or incorrect (such as missing apartment or suite numbers), it may delay delivery or result in the package being returned.
